1. Service Agreement & Estimates
Online quote calculations generated on our website serve as non-binding initial estimates based on user-input yard dimensions and selected service tiers. Final quotes are confirmed following an on-site property walkthrough to verify boundary lines, slope grading, gate widths, and turf health conditions.
2. Scheduling, Property Access & Weather Delays
Clients must ensure that backyards, gates, and work areas are unlocked and free of pets, foreign objects, and children's toys on scheduled service days. In the event of heavy rainfall or severe thunderstorms common to East Texas, maintenance visits will be rescheduled to the earliest safe operational day, and clients will receive SMS notifications regarding the revised schedule.
3. Payment Terms & Cancellations
Residential recurring lawn maintenance is billed on a per-visit or monthly agreement with no long-term lock-in contracts. Clients may adjust or pause service at any time with 24 hours advance notice by calling (903) 722-2964. Major landscaping, hardscaping, sod installation, and French drain projects require an initial materials deposit with final payment due upon completion and customer walkthrough approval.
